Elise Winbrock, MPH
Elise is the Program Coordinator for the Department of Family Medicine and Public Health at the University of California, San Diego. She earned her Masters in Public Health from San Diego State University in Health Promotion and Behavioral Science. ÂÂ She has a dual-undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis in Psychology and Spanish.
Elise was born and raised in Davis, California and after finishing her undergraduate degree, Elise lived and worked in Lisbon, Portugal on several public health tobacco research projects. After living abroad, she moved to San Diego in 2013 to continue her passion for public health by holding research positions in tobacco cessation, health promotion and neuropsychiatry and began preparating for her Master's program. She loves collaborating and helping with the GPM residents and UCSD faculty surrounding Preventive Medicine in any way she can.ÂÂ
